Truly exceptional natural Vinho Verde, with spritz from the malolactic fermentation taking place in bottle rather than in tank before bottling, Unfiltered and unfined, the wine is slightly hazy. Citrus / wet stone / much fuller palate than you might expect from Vinho Verde, with layers of flavour and real depth of character. Savour each precious mouthful of this on its own or throw some seafood at it - despite its low alcohol there is real power and strength here, and the wine continues to reveal and unfurl itself for some time after opening.
