We work with winemakers in Europe who produce on a small scale, crafting wines which not only reflect their environment but respect their environment. Few chemicals ( if any ) are used, natural yeasts govern the fermentations allowing carefully grown grapes to express themselves in the winery. We have worked with many of our winemakers for years and years, but we are always tasting and looking for new wines and the wonderful people who make them.
