Whitecurrants, zippy acidity, saline, mineral and fresh - all you could ask for from a good Albariño. The wine is in part lees aged, adding texture and mouthfeel, and some of it also undergoes malolactic fermentation which softens the palate helping to provide balance and add to complexity. José lives and works in a green paradise and it is reflected in his wines!
