Aromatic, citrus, natural white from the hills of Valencia. The "923" in the estate's name refers to the elevation of the village of the same name, and Nito and Franciso are coaxing wonderful things out of these old vines with a very hands-off, low intervention approach. Aged in a mixture of amphorae, old French oak barrels and stainless steel, there is minerality and depth here with real charm and fresh acidity.
