We visited on a rainy day in October 2022 and were immediately impressed with the high standards of viticulture here and also the approach to wine making. Carlos makes a superb Vinho Verde in the classic style, but a million miles away from more commercial examples from this area. Lemony citrus characters, slight CO2 spritz, light and incredibly fresh. Aperitif central.
