From Florence and Benoit Chazallon of Château de la Selve, the Cros des Calades wines are made from some of their neighbours' grapes. All organic of course, and the vinification is along the same lines as at Ch. de la Selve - minimal intervention and respectful of year and terroir. Aged in stainless steel tanks, their delicious rosé is fresh, crisp, and modest in alcohol with some herby hints from the wild and dry landscape of southern France.
