    Destemmed and macerated for 4 days before the fermentation, this then spends 8 months on the lees. In common with other good examples of Braucol this has superb grip on the palate along with a bright ( and vibrant! ) acidity allied to juicy red fruits. Simply gorgeous light to medium-bodied red.
