Benjamin has done well to source these grapes from a wonderful organic plot of old Mauzac in Limoux in the Languedoc at 380m of elevation. Mauzac is the grape behind the well known sparkling wine Blanquette de Limoux but it also makes wonderful still wines. We love this for its honeysuckle character, white flowers, herbs and breadth on the palate, all held together by taut acidity. Very naturally made, with tiny levels of SO2.
