This wine is the very definition of "vibrant"! Tight, fresh, lively and alive, it sings out with minerality, citrus fruit and Granny Smith apples. Juanjo is a priest and shepherd and also tends his family's small vineyard holding.

Txakoli is traditionally poured from great heights ( to remove CO2 ) in the wine bars of San Sebastian, but Juanjo takes it to, excuse the pun, new heights with his expressions of the Hondarrabi Zuri grape. This is mountain spring pure and a delight to drink.
