Vincent Caillé Mouton Noir 2022

Fruit-forward style of Muscadet from Vincent. The "black sheep" of the wine's name is a reference by him to his dogged adherence to organic and biodynamic practices over the years, often in the face of bemusement from neighbours and fellow producers as he was one of the pioneers in the region to farm this way.

The wine is fleshy, with delicious, giving fruit - some riper, almost tropical notes being added to the citrus character you would expect. Add to that some lip-smacking acidity and you have a winner!
