The Thörle brothers have looked after the family estate for almost 20 years now, and have established an international reputation. Biodynamic farming ( still rare in this part of the world ) and meticulous attention to detail result in finely crafted wines which speak of their origins and have plenty of character. This has apple, lime, and pear in abundance allied with fresh acidity and a superb mineral quality that makes you savour every mouthful.
