This is Pinot Gris from some of the brothers' best vineyards, harvested at optimum maturity and fermented spontaneously on the skins for 8 days before pressing and transfer to barrel, where the wine aged for 10 months on its lees. No clarificatoin, no filtration and no added SO2. There is a pink/red hue to the wine due to the skin contact, fine tannins and crunchy rhubarb, red berry and lime fruit with herby notes and good structure. Another incredible wine from this estate.
