Made from Grechetto Gentile ( also known as Pignoletto ) this is made in Lambrusco but not Lambrusco! Instead it is more of a classic Cremant style wine, which spends six months on the lees for extra richness. The mousse is full and creamy and the wine has wonderful texture on the palate. An absolutely perfect aperitif.
